Terms of Sale

All Block prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices for all building materials
and hardware will be given on request and are also subject to change without
notice. All past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge of 2% per month. If
an account is placed with an attorney or bonded collection agency, a 25% collection fee
will be charged. H.K. Buzby reserves the right to refuse credit terms without notice.

Terms of Delivery
(Building Materials)

All prices F.O.B. H. K. Buzby & Sons Lebanon, N.J. All Saturday deliveries subject
to additional charge. Deliveries are tailboard to the nearest accessible point. Free
unloading time will be 30 minutes. If additional time is required, it will be at $100.00 an
hour. If towing is required at a job site, it will be at the expense of the customer.
Returns will not be granted without notification and will be subject to a 15% handling
charge. H.K. Buzby & Sons will not be held responsible for any damage when requested
to drive beyond curb line. Buzby pallets have a $15.00 deposit which will be refunded
when returned by the customer in good condition. Delivery charges and fuel surcharges
may apply.Your purchase receipt must accompany all returns.
